Promotional terms and conditions ADE x TicketSwap

General

These terms and conditions apply to the 'ADE 2023' competition developed and implemented by TicketSwap International B.V. located at Rokin 75, 1012 KL in Amsterdam. The promotion is carried out on behalf of The Amsterdam Dance Event Foundation, located at Wilgenweg 6, 1031 HV, Amsterdam, the Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as “ADE”. 

Participation

Participation is open to anyone with a verified TicketSwap user account, who has an admission ticket for any ADE event, with the exception of those persons referred to below. Participation is excluded for employees of both TicketSwap and ADE, as well as anyone who is in any way directly or indirectly involved in this promotion in an organizational sense. The minimum age for participation is 18 years. There is no maximum age for participation. Participants can enter the competition by importing their admission ticket(s) for any ADE event in the TicketSwap mobile application. Only the person who originally bought the ticket is eligible to enter the competition. Duplicate tickets will not be accepted. Each TicketSwap user can join the competition multiple times, meaning one entry per ticket owned.. Participation in this promotion is free. By importing your admission ticket(s) into the TicketSwap app, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. 

Promotion period

This campaign runs from September 14, 2023 to October 11, 2023. The campaign will be hosted on TicketSwap social media accounts and reposted via ADE social media accounts.

Prize and winners

With this campaign, participants who import their admission ticket for any ADE event have a chance to win an ADE Lab Pass and an exclusive ADE x G-Star RAW 2023 Backpack. The winners will be selected and communicated on October 12, 2023. TicketSwap will notify winners via email. In total there will be 2 winners, who will get a pair of ADE Lab Passes and exclusive ADE x G-Star RAW 2023 Backpacks for two persons. ADE will send the passes for the ADE Lab Pass to the winners by e-mail.

Personal data

When participating, the participant gives permission for the processing of personal data in connection with participation in the promotion. The personal data will be used to implement the promotion and the distribution of the prizes. The personal data of individual participants is not shared with third parties other than those mentioned in the privacy policy, such as, but not limited to, ADE. The participant's details will be treated confidentially in accordance with the privacy policies of TicketSwap and ADE. Other

No rights can be derived from the result of this promotion. The result of the promotion is irreversible, non-transferable and will not be corresponded about. Prizes cannot be converted into cash. In cases not provided for in the terms and conditions, TicketSwap will decide. In the event of fraud or undue influence on the promotion, TicketSwap reserves the right to exclude participants, not to award prizes or to waive the right to a prize. If participation involves the use of multiple accounts by a single individual, TicketSwap has the right to exclude the participant from further participation and/or it may be decided to waive the right to the prize to be won. Liability

TicketSwap, ADE, the assistants or third parties engaged by them cannot be held liable for damage that may arise in any way from this promotion and/or the prices made available by ADE. TicketSwap's responsibility in this regard is limited to electing winners only. TicketSwap is not responsible or liable for defects in the prizes to be provided by ADE. TicketSwap does not give any guarantees on the prizes to be provided by ADE.
