Sarah & The Adams will perform at Jazz Dock.

Music publicists classify Sarah & The Adams, led by singer and pianist Šárka Adámková, as one of the Czech representatives of Americana, a music that combines elements of American songwriting, blues, jazz and country. In addition to piano and ukulele, Šárka Adámková alternates a wide range of moods in her songs, from gentle melancholy to pulsating woody blues, always combined with a distinctive melody. After two English-sung albums, the band released a third album in 2020 with purely Czech lyrics. Despite this major change, Sarah & The Adams retain their distinctive musical style, inspired by their love of American folk and country and artists such as Carole King, Norah Jones and Bonnie Raitt.
