Douwe Bob

Douwe Bob is lefgozer en romanticus, cocktailshaker en melancholius, feestbeest, vader, dichter, zanger rock-'n-roller, charmeur en pianist in één. In 2012 brak Douwe door als winnaar van De Beste Singer-Songwriter van Nederland. Met zijn deelname aan het Eurovision Songfestival met 'Slow Down' vestigde hij zich vervolgens als een herkenbare stem in Nederland en daarbuiten. In 2023 was hij te zien in Beste Zangers en in 2024 werd hij de meest gedraaide Nederlandse artiest op de radio. In april verschijnt zijn zevende studioalbum, waarmee hij vervolgens Paradiso aandoet om zijn nieuwste liedjes te spelen.

Douwe Bob is a daredevil and a romantic, a cocktail shaker and a melancholic soul, a party animal, father, poet, singer, rock ’n’ roller, charmer, and pianist all in one. He broke through in 2012 as the winner of De Beste Singer-Songwriter van Nederland. With his entry in the Eurovision Song Contest with “Slow Down,” he went on to establish himself as a recognizable voice in the Netherlands and beyond.

In 2023, he appeared on Beste Zangers, and in 2024 he became the most-played Dutch artist on the radio. His seventh studio album will be released in April, after which he will stop by Paradiso to perform his latest songs.
