Sofia Kourtesis is a Peruvian-born, Berlin-based producer, DJ, and activist whose music draws from her Latin American roots and Berlin’s club culture, merging house, techno, and organic textures to create a sound that is both intimate and expansive.

Her debut album Madres—a tribute to love, resilience, and hope—earned widespread acclaim, solidifying her as one of electronic music’s most compelling voices. Beyond the studio, Kourtesis is a dynamic DJ, known for high-energy, emotionally charged sets that take listeners on a journey through hypnotic rhythms and vibrant, percussive soundscapes. She has performed at renowned festivals such as Glastonbury and Primavera Sound, and toured with artists like Caribou, Four Tet and Floating Points.

Sofia returns with a new EP &#34;Volver&#34;,  leading the record is collaboration with Dapnhi, “Unidos,”. 
Speaking of the Volver EP Sofia says: “I am paying tribute to all the LGBTQ&#43; community and all the amazing trans women that I was lucky to meet through the course of the last few years. Their bravery and existence in a world full of hate and danger, they find a way to bring the lights to the most vulnerable communities, specifically those that are behind the walls of terrible corruption in the Latino America Security and Health System.”
